The conference accepts papers written either in
English or Chinese. Although, only papers written in English will
be included into proceedings for
publication after rigorous peer review process.
会议接受中英文投稿，只有通过评审的英文全文投稿才能收录到论文集并送检Ei核心检索和Scopus等数据库。
For full papers written in English which are submitted to ICCOE 2024, after the peer reviewing process by at least 2 independant reviewers,
all the accepted papers will be published into the proceedings.
Each paper is recommended to 8-12 pages normally, and additional pages will be charged.

For abstracts written in English which are submitted to ICCOE 2024, after the peer review process, authors will be invited to give presentations at the conference but the abstract will not be published. Abstract is should be within 150-250 words and related to the topics of the conference. Please follow the Abstract Template to prepare your abstract.
Papers will be reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission). These matters are taken very seriously and the publisher will take action against any author who has engaged in either practice.
No need for submission if you want to register as the listener. You're invited to register as listeners directly via the Online Registration System. Please make sure you need to receive successful registration confirmation number and send it to the conference secretary.
